The 2011 Christmas Polo offers a fresh and exciting option in Corporate Hospitality. Each year the major Polo events are held in Sydney and Melbourne and the days have an atmosphere somewhat like a relaxed version of the Spring Racing Carnival, with suits and ties swapped for slacks and shirts.
The 2011 Christmas Polo is a fantastic way to entertain clients in Melbourne and this year it is being held on the afternoon of Saturday 26th of November at Werribee Mansion. The 2011 Christmas Polo attracts a large contingent of corporate companies in private marquees and families and friends in their own car park sites. Entertainment is provided throughout the day to complement the Polo as well as a number of celebrities in attendance. We have a range of packages to suit all group sizes and budgets.

The Mansion at Werribee Park Polo Grounds is just 15 minutes from Melbourne CBD. Travel over the Westgate Bridge and down Princes Freeway towards Werribee. Follow the Werribee Park Tourist signs, taking the Werribee South / Duncans Road exit. Polo signs will direct you along K Road to the ShadowFax Winery entrance where gate attendants will direct you to your Marquee or Fieldside Car Park. Melways Ref: 201, C4.
Microflite offer a helicopter transfer service to the 2011 Christmas Polo. Leaving from the Melbourne City Helipad (located in Batman Park, access via Spencer Street) travel in style and VIP comfort to the 2011 Christmas Polo. Guests will be provided with the option of purchasing transportation when they proceed to the checkout with the rest of their ticket order.

Return coach transportation is available for $20/pp. Departing from Southern Cross Station from 11:00am, the coaches will return to Southern Cross via the After Party venue at 6pm. Guests will be provided with the option of purchasing transportation when they proceed to the checkout with the rest of their ticket order.
Private transportation from a company or personal address can be arranged for larger groups. Please call us for further details.
We are able to provide a large range of furniture items for hire (please note that guests in Car Park Marquee sites are permitted to bring their own furniture on the day). All your furniture will be delivered to your marquee prior to your arrival on event day. Please note no other hirer will be permitted on-site. Luckman Catering are exclusive event caterers appointed for the 2011 Christmas Polo. They offer a variety of competitive and attractive options and will tailor packages to meet your requirements. Please note no other caterer will be permitted on-site and due to fire/insurance regulations private cooking of food on BBQ's etc is not permitted.
The Car Parks and Picnic packages allow you to BYO on the day. Aletrnatively in those areas you can also purchase a range of hampers from our partner Hamper World which willl be available for collection on the day from the Hamper World stall. Power can be supplied to your marquee for $200 per site. All use of electrical appliances must be approved by the Christmas Polo event staff.
The 2011 Christmas Polo is an over 18 event. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Photo ID must be produced to gain entry and children will be issued with a distinctive colour wristband to be worn at all times.
